Hi, I’m Caitlin.

I help teams stop guessing what customers want — and use AI to do it faster.

In 14+ years of marketing, design, and research roles, I’ve felt the pressure of trying to deliver without real clarity about what customers need.

Then I started my own business — physical shop, memberships, ecommerce — and had to figure it out with skin in the game.

I built insight systems that cut through the noise faster, using them in my own business and training 400+ product, design, and marketing pros to do the same.

I sold the brick and mortar business, and AI exploded.

Everyone was dabbling, but no one was testing how to actually use it to understand customers faster — and trust the output.

I started testing:

600 hours of experiments later, I’d cut research time by 70%, and helped Design, Product and Marketing teams get out of the data- and AI- overwhelm.

My mission is to teach teams like yours how to use AI to get reliable customer clarity in a fraction of the time.
